Application characteristics
JDB-2 bronze inlaid bearing is a solid lubricating product with 6-6-3 bronze as the base and embedded with graphite and MoS2 as solid lubricant. Since the density of 6-6-3 bronze is higher than that of high-strength brass, it is very wear-resistant in the case of high temperature and low load.
Recommended use
At present, the product has been applied to low load, high temperature and medium speed occasions such as fireplace door, oven raceway, rubber machinery, light industrial machinery and machine tool industry.
