Substrate characteristics:
1. A mixture of modified polyoxymethylene (POM) and lead, which has high wear resistance and low friction coefficient even in the case of instantaneous oil shortage. The surface of the bearing has a regularly arranged oil storage pit with a spiral angle. When assembling, it must be coated with lubricating grease.
2. The copper powder layer is 0.2~0.3mm, which has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Good thermal conductivity can transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of the copper powder ball to improve the bonding strength.
3. Low carbon steel 0.4~2.2, improve the bearing capacity and heat transfer of the bearing.
4. Copper/tin plating layer, copper plating layer 0.008mm, tin plating layer 0.05mm, so that the bearing has good corrosion resistance.
Application features:
It is especially suitable for rotary motion under heavy load at low speed, rocking motion and parts that are often opened and closed under load and not easy to form fluid lubrication; it can be used for a long time under boundary lubrication conditions without oiling and maintenance, and the process can be used for refueling. The life can be extended more; the plastic layer on the surface can be left with a certain margin during the forming process of the bushing, and can be processed by itself after being pressed into the opening to achieve a better assembly size.
