FZ-1 copper-based steel ball retaining ring is made of copper alloy as the base body, and on the outer circular surface, holes with appropriate order, proper size and special shape are machined, and rolling bearing steel balls are embedded in the holes. The orifice adopts the groove circumferential locking ball process, which effectively solves the problem that the traditional point lock ball and the indentation lock ball cannot completely prevent the steel ball from falling off. The bottom of the hole is machined with a 90° stop to allow the copper ball to rotate freely within the hole without falling off. Since the diameter of the steel ball is larger than the wall thickness of the retaining ring, the steel ball is higher than the inner and outer circular surfaces of the retaining ring when in use, and directly contacts the shaft with the matching hole, so that the base body (holding ring) floats in the middle, and the matching The difference between the hole and the radius of the shaft is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball, that is, the steel ball is matched with the interference fit, the matching precision is high, and the relative movement of the shaft and the hole is flexible.
